In 1998, when Kevin graduated from Hamilton College with a BA in government, he followed his next-door neighbor and childhood friend to Pencom Systems, where he spent two years before leaving for Morgan Stanley, where he worked as a technical recruiter for Equities, FICC, and Prime Brokerage. In 2001, along with Marc Salvati, Kevin co-founded Continuity Partners, Inc., and has worked here ever since.
His passions in life are downhill skiing, golf, and his wife and two daughters. He lives in Westchester, NY, enjoys barbecuing in the summer with family and friends, and when asked how he’d describe himself he politely declined to answer, insisting, with a wink, that he couldn’t ever let anyone see the man behind the curtain. He heads Continuity’s financial IT recruiting practice, and works also in NY’s booming technology startup market.
